Thanks to the high standards achieved, our restaurant is part of the “Osterie Tipiche Trentine”, an important recognition given to only the best eating places in Trentino. So far 46 restaurants have been awarded this logo, which is the result of a project devised by the hoteliers and restauranteurs of Trentino, local producers and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
The project is represented by a logo which is awarded only to those adhering to the strictest of quality standards, offering excellent food and wines, as well as a welcoming and genuine atmosphere, expert staff and products of certified quality.

 

Here you can be sure of finding genuine local cuisine and the best of Italian food, from the starter to the desserts and wines.Menus are based on the seasons and availability of different products

Moreover the Family Caola, have created an agricultural farm, called “Alte Quote”, located at 1200m above sea level nearby their Hotel Chalet Maso Doss>( a jewel in the Brenta Dolomites, the ideal place to spend a very special holiday)where they farm by, following strict biological guidelines, small fruits and vegetables of the season. Their products are used by the chefs of Centro Pineta and Maso Doss to cook refined and, at the same time, genuine dishes.
