Our aim is to respect the mountain gastronomic culture, rich of geographical and cultural influences. Therefore a typical Trentino dish is always on every daily menu along with a selection of local wines

During the week, at almost all times of the year the "Welcome Dinner (on Sundays) and the "Typical Trentino Dinner" (on Saturdays) are organised, to have the opportunity to taste the local cuisine
