•     Wear slippers, use shower and special anti-fungal tubs before entering the pool and sauna area
•     Forbidden to enter the Finnish Sauna wearing swimming costume
•     Swimming caps compulsory in the pool
•     Children under 14 must always be accompanied and may only enter at certain HOURS
